"We were on a road trip, had a rock hit our windshield chipped an area about the size of a nickel. We were a few miles outside Cheyenne so we stopped at the Safelite. The staff was totally disinterested in even attempting to repair, or even look at our windshield. We drove a little further down the road and called Cowboy Glass in Laramie. The lady that answered the phone assured us they could and would repair our glass. Upon arrival they immediately pulled our vehicle inside and began repairs to the chip.
